The design journey begins with a raised welcome lounge featuring a hospitality bar and butler pantry, leading to a spacious roof terrace with lush gardens. Inside, meticulously curated meeting and phone rooms provide tailored experiences, while a large pantry and lounge, framed by elegant arches, transition to the open work area.

The design integrates architectural elements with functionality, emphasizing lighting to accentuate coffered ceilings and skylights for natural illumination. Herringbone wood floors, fluted millwork, plaster walls, brass accents, and greenery add warmth and sophistication. ID Studios vision results in a vibrant, open office environment that seamlessly combines functionality with aesthetics, setting the stage for future growth and tenant sublet opportunities.
